Hydrating daily is imperative for our bodies. We require water for proper energy, healthy skin, regulating digestion, cleansing the kidney and overall health. Create a routine to drink warm water every morning and then throughout the day. Keep a Nalgene or hydro flask with you every where you go and always drink water prior to eating. If you are not good at drinking water daily, this is the challenge for you. Push yourself and make it happen. If you are not a big fan of water, there are many fun infused water recipes online or on pinterest.
